Music series celebrating Thelonious Monk's impact on young, upcoming voices in the NYC jazz scene. Concert features 2015 Thelonious Monk Institute International Jazz Vocal Competition finalist, Vuyolwethu Sotashe presenting his own body of repertoire that reflects his artistic identities while honouring the great jazz tradition that's preceded him.
